The company Leopold Kostal GmbH & Co. KG together with the MTM ASSOCIATION e.V. has carried out the project PALM4.Q. Already in 2017 and 2018 the ZWF reported on the progress of the project. After a project duration of three years, this article presents the experiences from the operational workshops as well as central results for the design and operation of the training center and the training units. © 2019 Carl Hanser Verlag.
