摘要
As global climate change has become increasingly harmful to human society, countries have formulated their own carbon emission reduction programs, and China has made a solemn commitment to " peak carbon and carbon neutrality" and introduced a series of policy initiatives, including carbon emissions trading. At present, the management of carbon assets in China still faces the problems of confusing data management, low quality of information disclosure, and cumbersome verification process, all of which adversely affect the realization of the goal of "double carbon". The technical advantages of blockchain in distributed network, encryption algorithm and consensus mechanism can effectively alleviate the above problems. This paper reasonably divides the stages of carbon asset life cycle of new power system, researches the calculation method of carbon emission reduction, analyzes the risks faced by the current carbon asset management, and discusses the reasonableness of applying blockchain technology to the carbon asset life cycle management.
