A very short time after that foundational and provocative event starring the ineffable Locos de la Azotea (Crazy Fools on the Rooftop), the restless Argentine university system after the Liminar Manifesto of 1918 entered the radio universe in a pioneering way with the foundation of the mythical LR 11 Radio Universidad Nacional de La Plata. Since then, with greater or lesser levels of intensity and interest, with zigzagging epochal climates that were mutating the contents addressed in a healthy way, it has continued debating what we are talking about when we talk about University Radios. Or, more directly, without euphemisms: the constitutive identity of the same is investigated. These questions are concentrated, then, in this central node: What is a University Radio?
