New steroids with anti-inflammatory activity from the whole plants of Physalis minima

摘要：
Two new steroids, phyminiolide J (1) and phyministerol A (2), along with three known compounds (3-5) were isolated from the whole plants of Physalis minima. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated by comprehensive spectroscopic analysis and the absolute configurations were determined by using computational ECD calculations. All isolates were evaluated for their anti-inflammatory activity via inhibiting the production of nitric oxide (NO) in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated murine macrophage RAW 264.7 cells, and the results indicated that 1-3 exposed moderate inhibition with IC50 values ranging from 9.73 to 23.26 mu M.
