Ein Typ-1-Diabetes in der Schwangerschaft ist mit suboptimalen Behandlungszielen verbunden, die auf mutterliche Hyperglykamie und Hyperinsulinismus bei den Nachkommen zuruckzufuhren sind. Im Rahmen der CONCEPTT-Studie wurden metabolomische Muster, die mit Risikofaktoren und perinatalen Komplikationen eines Typ-1-Diabetes in der Schwangerschaft assoziiert sind, untersucht.
