摘要
A centralized squeeze film damper is optimized employing cell mapping method, considering the dynamics of rotor system. The designed parameters are the stiffness of centering spring and SFD oil film clearance. Considering the bottoming out of SFD journal, dynamical response and stability of rotor system, multi-objective optimization is carried out to suppress the vibration and transmitted force when traversing the critical speeds. After the Pareto front and Pareto set are obtained, experiments are conducted to validate the numerical results. The results show that the designed parameters picked from Pareto set satisfy the operating requirements, and the proposed method is effective to the design of squeeze film damper. © 2019 Journal of Mechanical Engineering.
