摘要
An insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) thermal network model estimation method based on magnetic nanoparticles temperature measurement was presented, which can be used to online evaluate the simplified dimensional thermal resistance-heat capacity network model for dimensional reduction. Specifically, the temperature rising and cooling curves of the back on the IGBT case were obtained by magnetic nanoparticles temperature measurement to estimate the parameters of the thermal network model. Through the thermal network model parameter estimation system and experimental process designed in the article, simulations and experiments have verified the feasibility of the IGBT thermal network model parameter evaluation method based on magnetic nanoparticles temperature measurement. The parameters of the thermal network model in IGBT are an important basis for evaluating its internal heat accumulation effect, and it is expected to online evaluate the thermal safety of high-power electric equipment such as high-speed rail and ship motors. © 2021, Editorial Board of Journal of Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
