摘要
This research approaches the organizational climate from the variables leadership, decision-making, motivation and control. The objective of the research is to identify how the selected variables influence the performance of the collaborators in the company studied. In the first instance, the main contributions of the academic community on organizational climate have been compiled. Then, a survey based on the variables to be studied was applied and subsequently the correspondence analysis was carried out determines how the study variables are related. One of the main conclusions is that the integration of the variables control, monitoring and leadership, is decisive for the generation of an adequate organizational climate. This in turn influences the performance and achievement of the goals of organizations. © 2020 Centro de Informacion Tecnologica. All rights reserved.
