摘要
Graphite oxide (GO) was prepared by improved Hummers method, PEI-GO composites were prepared by reducing GO with polyethyleneimine (PEI), and PEI-GO modified waterborne polyurethane (PGWPU) composites were prepared by blending method. The successful introduction of PEI was characterized by FT-IR, XPS and XRD. Due to the addition of PEI-GO, the mechanical properties of PGWPU composite films are greatly improved. After adding 1.0% PEI-GO, the tensile strength and elongation at break of PGWPU are increased by 131.88% and 62.55% respectively compared with pure waterborne polyurethane. E. coli was used as test strain, and the antimicrobial activity of the films was characterized by the method of coating. The results show that when the PEI-GO mass fraction is 0.2%, the antibacterial rate of the film to E.coli is 99.9%. © 2021, Editorial Board of Polymer Materials Science & Engineering.
