摘要：

In summary, sexual health is important to LGBTQ + older adults. As health-care providers, we can use culturally competent care and create inclusive and welcoming clinic environments that enable education and empowerment of LGBTQ + older adults so they can pursue their sexual interests in healthy and safe ways. This may include HIV PrEP, other STIs preventive approaches and strategies to mitigate the risks of SDU.
