摘要
For the fine oil droplets in oily wastewater which were difficult to separate, UiO-66 and polyether polyquaternary ammonium (PPA) were used as raw materials to prepare a novel PPA@UiO-66 demulsifier. The PPA@UiO-66 demulsifier was characterized and analyzed by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy and thermogravimetric analysis. The effect of adsorbent dosage, treatment temperature and time on oil removal rate were investigated. Then the adsorption kinetics and isothermal adsorption model were established to explore the adsorption process. The results show that the oil removal rate can reach 87. 33% when the dosage of adsorbent is 0. 4 g/L, the treatment temperature and time are 60 °C and 50 min, respectively. The adsorption process of oil droplets onto PPA@UiO-66 confirms to the quasi-first-order kinetic model and Langmuir isothermal adsorption model. The adsorption capacity can reach 589 mg/g. After demulsification and destabilization, the oil removal rate is as high as 95. 65% after separation by cyclonic static microbubble flotation column. © 2023 China University of Mining and Technology.
