摘要
A Cost-effective wet-chemical technique successfully produced a TiN-Fe2O3 composite, demonstrating its potential for energy storage capabilities. FESEM analyses corroborate that spherical Fe2O3 nanoparticles are wrapped around TiN nano-sheets. The TiN-Fe2O3 composite electrode exhibits a high specific capacitance of 998 Fg- 1 of 1 Ag -1 with excellent stability of 93.7 % for 10,000 cycles. In addition to its ideal voltage of 1.6 V, the power density of 7200 W/kg and energy density of 25.77 Wh/kg in an asymmetric supercapacitor (ASSC) TiNFe2O3//MnO2 are impressive. Herein, we report a novel TiN-Fe2O3 composite as a cathodic electrode material for supercapacitors and other electrochemical applications.
