摘要
Considering the relationship between degradation failure and outburst failure, a reliability evaluation method for gearbox bearing of wind turbine with competition failure is proposed. Combining with the real-time monitoring SCADA data of wind farm, the monitoring temperature and vibration data of bearing are fused by principal component analysis to describe the degree of bearing degradation.Based on the specific characteristics for gearbox bearing of wind turbine, the reliability evaluation model is used to build on the improved proportional risk model, degradation failure is assumed to be Wiener degradation process and outburst failure is assumed to be Weibull distribution. Through example analysis, comparing the model of remaining useful life, uncorrelated model and independent degradation failure and sudden failure have low efficiency, the reliability of the competition failure model is verified. © 2021, Solar Energy Periodical Office Co., Ltd.
