摘要
To analyze the vibration characteristics of faulty rolling bearings in propulsion motors, energy equations of each component of the bearings and impact excitation equations between rolling elements and fault areas were established based on Hertz contact theory and the energy conservation law, respectively. Furthermore, nonlinear dynamic models of fault rolling bearings were established based on the Lagrange equation. The Newmark-β method was adopted to solve the dynamic models, and test verification was conducted. The derived model effectively simulated faulty rolling bearings, which provides a theoretical basis for the monitoring and fault diagnosis of rolling bearings. © 2022, Editorial Department of Journal of HEU.
