This study aims to evaluate the impact of the indoor environment of a mega plate office on the workplace productivity of workers study, and indoor environment measurement survey and a questionnaire survey were conducted. From the results of questionnaire, it was founded that the mega plate office increases the workplace productivity of workers. In addition, it was founded that the mega plate office with a work style that combines office work and telework further increased the workplace productivity of workers. In particular, it was founded that office workers with high work engagement were able to achieve higher workplace productivity. © 2021 Architectural Institute of Japan. All rights reserved.
