The flow shop scheduling problem is the core issue affecting the efficiency of the manufacturing industry. For this, the paper optimizes the artificial bee colony algorithm (ABC) based on the principle of multi-objective optimization algorithm for discrete events. Besides, it classifies and simulates the 10 main factors affecting batch scheduling according to the principles man, machine, material, method and environment of manufacturing enterprises. Among them, the production efficiency and production balance of the production line are greatly promoted by increasing more processing machines in the bottleneck process, which is the key to solving the scheduling problem. The simulation test shows that the production frequency of the processing machine, the worker proficiency, the processing equipment performance, and the scheduling path are the most important factors affecting the LSFP; in the actual production process, it is necessary to first find and optimize the bottleneck process, determine the reasonable scheduling process and frequency, and regularly maintain the scheduling equipment.
