摘要:
A series of new tetrahydrospiro[indole-3,3 '-pyrazole]-4 '-carboxylate derivatives were synthesized by three-component reaction of substituted isatins, phenylhydrazines, and active methylene compounds in water without a catalyst at room temperature. The synthesized compounds were characterized by IR, H-1, C-13 NMR, and HRMS techniques.
