摘要
A single-stage AC-DC isolated power factor corrected converter topology with active clamping is proposed in this paper. The converter has the functions of step-up and power factor correction, and only realizes the isolation of input and output voltage through single-stage power conversion. Firstly, the working principle of the topology is analyzed in detail. Then, the voltage spikes of the main and auxiliary switching tubes are reduced based on the active-clamped technology, and the zero-voltage-switch turning-on for main and auxiliary switching tubes as well as zero-current-switch turning-off for output rectifier diodes can be realized through the reasonable design of resonant inductance and capacitance parameters. Finally, the design process for the key components of the converter is derived, and a 3kW experimental prototype based on SiC power device with the switching frequency of 85kHz is built to verify the correctness and feasibility of the proposed topology. The converter can work in a wide range of input voltage and has the advantages of fewer power components, simple control method, high power factor and high energy conversion efficiency. © 2021, Electrical Technology Press Co.
