Lithium-ion batteries hava a high energy density, high efficiency and show no unwanted memory effect like other battery types. However what should always be kept in mind: Lithium and many of its compounds are highly flammable and highly reactive. Certified and GS (tested safety)-tested safety cabinet models make safety in storage and charging of lithium-ion batteries possible.
