Abstract: The creation of effective business processes in organizations is investigated. Approaches to the simulation of business processes permitting their effective operation under external perturbations are considered. Recommendations are made regarding the management of business processes. Software is developed for assessing proposed innovative business processes in the presence of risk and indeterminacy, on the basis of fuzzy set theory and the C++ programming language. © 2022, Allerton Press, Inc.
