摘要
Aiming at existing methods of rolling bearings'instantaneous rotating frequency estimation based on time-frequency analysis having some problems in anti-noise property and estimation accuracy,a new time-frequency analysis method-concentration of frequency and time(ConceFT) with strong anti-noise property was introduced, the ConceFT joint peak search method was proposed to estimate rolling bearings' instantaneous rotating frequency. In simulation tests, line frequency modulation signals and sinusoidal frequency modulation ones under different signal-to-noise ratios (SNR)were tested to estimate their instantaneous rotating frequency. Results showed that the proposed method can effectively suppress strong noise interference, and correctly estimate instantaneous rotating frequency; it can guarantee the estimation error to be within 3% when SNR is larger than -20 dB; it can be used to analyze vibration signals of rolling bearings with lifting rotating speed or fluctuating one, and can extract their instantaneous rotating frequency curve with a high precision; compared with the classical short-time Fourier joint peak search method, the proposed method is improved significantly in anti-noise property and estimation accuracy. © 2019, Editorial Office of Journal of Vibration and Shock.
