During the construction of the tailings dump of Udokan Mining and Metallurgical Works, filtration appeared at the base of the western dam. To increase the filtration density of the dam, a diaphragm wall made of bored-secant piles was constructed in the ground. Developing a composition of clay-cement concrete for the wall in the ground requires a significant amount of manufacturing and testing of samples. © Springer Science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature 2024.
