摘要：
The governance of dams and reservoirs aims to achieve lasting economic, social, and institutional development, promoting a healthy balance between the State, civil society, and the economy. To this end, it must consider multiple variables, from environmental factors to social, technical, economic, and good governance ones. This article reflects the work carried out in this regard by the experts of the Technical Committee on Water Resources Planning and Management.
