摘要
This study is based on a real case study, The objectives of this paper are to discuss how digital manufacturing supports to make decisions for formation of workplaces and to adjust and improve existing layout, contribution of digital manufacturing in product lifecycle, how simulation and analysis will help to choose efficient process layout. This study also includes how productivity of the plant or assembly line can be increased, how to model layout in the simulation tool and how to simulate it and how it can be helpful to select most economical, efficient and clean process layout. © 2022
