摘要:
The simple, efficient, and affordable synthesis of materials for supercapacitor applications has attracted much interest for practical uses. This study used a wet-chemical approach to produce a binary NbN-Fe2O3 composite, revealing its crystalline nature and suitability for supercapacitor electrodes. With a power density (P-d) of 7200 W kg(-1) and an energy density (E-d) of 73 Wh kg(-1), the NbN-Fe2O3 electrode demonstrated remarkable electrochemical performance along with a high specific capacitance (Cs) of 392 F g(-1). Furthermore, under 10,000 cycles at 10 A g(-1), it retained 91.1% cyclic stability. Because of these advantageous characteristics, NbN-Fe2O3 is a strong candidate for enhanced energy storage in SCs.
