摘要
Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) composite modified by nano-silicon carbide was prepared by cold pressing and sintering method. The microstructure of the composite material was observed by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) to acknowledge the distribution of nanoparticles. The dielectric characteristics and volume conductivity of the composites were tested. The results show that the dielectric constant, dielectric dissipation factor, and volume conductivity of the composite material increase with the addition of modifier. The relationship between the characteristics of the composites and the mass fraction of the modifier was analyzed under the experimental results. Based on the work above-mentioned, the mechanism of nano-SiC modified PTFE was discussed. © 2021, Electrical Technology Press Co. Ltd. All right reserved.
