The paper studies the influence of the modes of arc welding electrodes T590 and EN-60 M on the properties of coatings of unalloyed, low-alloy and alloy steels: St. 3, 09G2S, 12H18N10T. The influence of electric arc influence on the structure, physical, mechanical and operational properties of coatings deposited with T590 and EN-60 M electrodes was studied. It is established that this modification allows to increase the uniformity of the structure of the deposited coatings, to grind it, to increase the hardness and corrosion resistance. It was found that the application of the method of pulsed arc welding allows to keep the previously formed strengthening phases in the coatings deposited by the electrodes T-590 and EN-60 M. © 2021 Informa UK Limited, trading as Taylor & Francis Group.
