摘要
With the development of society, people's awareness of food safety and reducing waste of resources is increasing, and the demand for intelligent packaging materials for fruits and vegetables that can be used for perception, tracking, monitoring and detection is increasing. In view of this situation, this paper reviews recent progress in the classification and application of sensors for fruit and vegetable intelligent packaging, analyzes the obstacles to and the main trends in the development of sensors used in fruit and vegetable packaging.Using sensors for intelligent packaging of fruits and vegetables can monitor and detect the quality of fruits and vegetables, which can useful provide information to adjust external environmental conditions to extend the shelf life of fruits and vegetables and has great market value. © 2021, China Food Publishing Company.
