摘要
Abstract: Upon developing technology for the production of alloyed (Si content ~2.0% and Al > 0.8%) cold-rolled high-permeability electrical isotropic steel (EIS), delivered in a semifinished condition (semiprocess technology), an effect of the normalization annealing modes of hot-rolled semifinished stock exerted on the EIS texture has been studied. Alloying steel with aluminum (Al > 0.80%) and microalloying with antimony (Sb > 0.025%) can improve the texture of the finished steel and, as a result, significantly reduce the level of specific magnetic loss. An effect of cold rolling and heat treatment of cold-rolled steel on the formation of the microrelief on the surface of the strips and the microstructure of the annealed metal has been considered. © 2022, Allerton Press, Inc.
