We study the combined resonance of the interlayer conductivity and spin magnetization in layered conductors with a quasi-two-dimensional electron energy spectrum. Analytical expressions have been obtained for the surface impedance, the magnetic susceptibility, and the resonance component of the interlayer conductivity in the presence of the Rashba-Dresselhaus spin-orbit coupling and spatial dispersion. © 2020 Institute for Low Temperature Physics and Engineering.
