摘要
With the requirements of real-time visual monitoring, health management and fault diagnosis of the intelligent workshop, the framework and route of digital twin workshop based on real-time date driven were proposed. A modular and generalized digital twin workshop system was constructed by setting up a virtual simulation environment for high-fidelity mapping of real physical behavior and adopting the data management method for event response. Furthermore, the key technologies such as heterogeneous multi-source data acquisition and management, virtual simulation environment of real physical behavior, and real-time data-driven method for event response were elaborated in detail. The prototype system was designed, and its feasibility was successfully verified by the vehicle radar workshop, which provided a key support for the application of digital twinning technology in the field of intelligent manufacturing. © 2021, Editorial Department of CIMS.
