摘要
Aiming at the three typical problems in solid rocket motor design such as the separation of solid rocket motor design and simulation, the separation of numerical simulation and physical tests and the difficulty of data unmeasurable, uncertainty and incompletely in ground tests, and to innovate the traditional experience based and semi-experience based mode of solid motor design, a concept system of digital twin of solid rocket motor was established. The digital twin of solid rocket motor was defined from the view of process, model and data. On this basis, a 5-layer architecture model of the digital twin in the design stage of solid rocket motor was established and illustrated. The connotation of each layer was explained, as well as the relationship between layers. According to the conception of process twinning, model twinning and data twinning, the operation mechanism of digital twin was discussed. The formal description of process twinning, model twinning and data twinning was presented. The characteristic of digital twin was analyzed, the possible application method of digital twin in solid rocket design was discussed, and the preliminary realization scheme was given, which provided theoretical reference for future application. © 2019, Editorial Department of CIMS.
