摘要
The sustainability of mining activities can be developed by applying direct methods for mineralogical characterization. Analysis performed on various types of products resulting from the extractive industry may be necessary in the development of reconditioning projects for closed or abandoned mines. The characterization of mine waste is important for predicting the potential for their re-exploitation. This paper presents physical-chemical methods for characterization of mining waste, including spectral methods: FT-IR, XRF, AAS, UV-VIS. © 2023, Politechnica University of Bucharest.
