Aiming at the serious low-end trend in the domestic CNC machine tool industry,resulting in the high-end machine tools could not meet the current situation of demand for high-end machine tools in national key fields,the current competitive pattern of domestic CNC machine tools was discussed comprehensively from three aspects:low-end price free-for-all,mid-end competition weakness and high-end technology lack,and the formation of this pattern mainly rested with the long-term formation of low-end consumption concept and low-end consumer groups was pointed out.The problems existing in this competition pattern was analyzed,and the suggestions for the healthy development of domestic CNC machine tool industry were given in terms of policies and strategies.That were optimized the layout of domestic CNC machine tool industry,built industrial clusters of machine tools according to the industrial chain,vigorously develop functional components,and realized the transformation to high-end manufacturing mode as soon as possible. © 2023 CIMS.
