摘要
In the process of recycling end-of-life products, it is necessary to choose the parts with high comprehensive revenue to disassemble. The minimum number of workstations, smoothness, carbon emission and disassembly revenue are selected as optimization objectives, the corresponding objectives are quantitatively analyzed, and a stochastic parallel disassembly line balance optimization method is proposed. Based on constructing the basic solution set of stochastic parallel disassembly line, a Ring topology flower pollination algorithm (Ring-FPA) based on Ring topology structure is proposed to avoid the gradual convergence of the Pareto solution set. The Pareto solution set is realized, and the optimal equilibrium solution of stochastic parallel disassembly line considering carbon emission and revenue is obtained. Taking the balance optimization of parallel disassembly line of mobile phones and laptops as an example, NSGA-II(nondominated sorting genetic algorithm II), FPA(flower pollination algorithm), and AFSA(artificial fish swarm algorithm) are selected to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. © 2023 Editorial Office of Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering.
