摘要
The induced impedance resulting from reinforced steel mesh in traditional ballastless track slab deteriorates the primary parameters of uninsulated track circuit. The insulation performance of the track slab can be improved by adding insulating sleeves or cards. However, this insulation method may affect the structural fatigue performance of ballastless track slab. In this paper, the static and fatigue performance of six CRTSⅡ slabs were conducted and tested to study the corresponding damage laws. The main parameter was the load level. The test results show that the failure mode of the CRTSⅡ ballastless track slabs is in the form of rupture of pre-stressed steel and non-pre-stressed steel by cyclic fatigue loading. The load level controls structural deflection and the development of cracks. The upper limit of fatigue load has a great influence on the strain of slab concrete and stressed steel bars. The fitting curve of the relationship between crack width and stress was given for the reference of the designers. © 2021, Department of Journal of the China Railway Society. All right reserved.
