摘要
A robust planning method for regional integrated energy system (RIES) is proposed in this paper, in which electric/cooling/heating load uncertainties are considered. Based on energy hub (EH) model, a regional IES planning model including combined cooling, heating and power (CCHP), gas boiler, centralized cooling station is formulated. Several typical daily load curves are obtained by k-means data clustering method based on historical/predicting annual load profile of 8 760 hours. The load uncertainties are described by adaptive upper and lower bounds, thus a robust planning model can be achieved. Furthermore, the model can be equivalently recast as a mixed integer planning model, in which the sub-problem is convex. The case studies demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method, as well as the benefits of IES in optimization and coordinations between multi-energy systems. © 2019 Automation of Electric Power Systems Press.
