摘要
The development of interregional legal service cooperation in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) is an important measure within the SCO to align with the strategy of the Belt and Road Initiative and the Eurasian Economic Union and serve economic and trade ex-changes. Legal service cooperation involves the transfer of judicial sovereignty, and on the basis of respecting the sovereignty of member states, political mutual trust should be enhanced through consultation, co-construction and sharing, and cooperation should be gradually promoted to higher quality and deeper development, and finally an equal, open and win-win cooperation order should be established. Promote exchanges and mutual learning among civilizations under the rule of law, and promote people-to-people bonds. The civilization of human rule of law is colorful, equal and inclusive, and the diversity of the basic conditions for the rule of law in various countries has shaped a rich legal system and rule of law culture. Fully respecting the diversity of civilizations, strengthening dialogue, eliminating legal conflicts through mutual legal learning, and eliminating legal barriers through legal exchanges will help promote the common values of all mankind and promote the building of a com-munity with a shared future for mankind. At present, it is necessary to further improve the exchange mechanism including high-level dialogues, academic exchanges, legal seminars, and build more exchange and cooperation platforms for legal experts and scholars. Through joint research and training exchanges and other cooperative projects, strengthen the comprehensive understanding of legal professionals of the world and local rule of law civilization. Pay attention to the cultivation of legal talents, strengthen the construction of foreign-related legal service talents, and provide solid talent support for the high-quality development of the Belt and Road
