摘要
A naphthalimide fluorescent monomer (FBA) was synthesized successively by amidation reaction and substitution reaction using 4-bromo-1,8-naphthalic anhydride as raw material. Subsequently, a naphthalimide fluorescent polymer (PFBA) was obtained through free radical polymerization with FBA, acrylamide (AM) and methacryloyloxyethyl trimethylammonium chloride (DMC). The structure of the product was characterized by FT-IR and 1H-NMR, and its optical properties were analyzed by the ultraviolet spectra and fluorescence spectra. The morphology of the product was analyzed by SEM. The property of yellowing inhibitation on paper was analyzed by UV accelerated aging test. After UV aging for 36 h, the whiteness of paper coated with FBA and PFBA is decreased less than that of the blank paper about 1.19 ISO% and 3.64 ISO%, respectively. The results show that PFBA exhibit a good water solubility and could effectively inhibit yellowing of the paper. © 2019, Editorial Board of Polymer Materials Science & Engineering.
