摘要
A novel hybrid spin-evaporation deposition method was demonstrated for the CsPbBr3 perovskite solar cells. The thickness of CsBr was accurately controlled by one-step evaporation instead of the traditional multi-step spin-coating method, which effectively improved the repeatability of devices. When the thickness of CsBr was optimized to 260 nm,pure CsPbBr3 perovskite was obtained. The effect of annealing temperature on the crystallinity of perovskite films was also studied. It is found that high quality perovskite films could be obtained at 350 ℃. The champion perovskite solar cell achieves a power conversion efficiency of 7.2%,an open circuit voltage of 1.27 V,a short circuit current of 7.55 mA/cm2 and a fill factor of 0.752. In addition, the as-prepared CsPbBr3 is proved to be an excellent candidate for the application in perovskite photodetectors, which exhibits good stability in air condition. © 2023 Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
