摘要
This research aimed to evaluate the application of Project -Based Learning in the Biology subject in students of the Biological Profile of the University College of the University of Havana. A sample of 31 students was selected. The students were organized into groups and assigned a real problem and a tutor, a professor. The students developed their project proposals over a period of three weeks. The students' level of satisfaction was evaluated regarding the application of this strategy according to the Iadov technique. The students proposed solutions to the problems through their projects. In the projects, the students through the consultation of a specialized bibliography, identified different entities that could work together to solve the problem. Iadov technique showed that students are highly satisfied with the application of this methodology. In turn, they recognize that through PBL they integrated knowledge of various subjects, felt motivated to search for solutions to real problems, and stimulated teamwork. These results highlight the importance of this didactic strategy in the teaching-learning process.
