摘要
In order to study the combustion pollutants emission characteristics of biomass and coal gangue mixed samples in the circulating fluidized bed under the oxygen-enriched atmosphere, the paper performed the mixed combustion test of biomass and coal gangue under the air, 21%O2/CO2, 30%O2/CO2 and 40%O2/CO2 atmosphere respectively by use of 36 kW/h circulating fluidized bed test platform. The effects of combustion atmosphere and biomass contents on the pollutant discharge and furnace temperature were investigated. The results show that the emissions of NO and SO2 in the flue gas under 21%O2/CO2 atmosphere are lower than those under the air atmosphere, while the emissions of CO are higher, the furnace temperature is lower at the same height. Under the O2/CO2 atmosphere, with the increase of oxygen concentration, the emissions of NO and SO2 in the flue gas increase gradually, and the furnace hearth temperature increases gradually at the same height. Under the same atmosphere, with the increase of biomass contents, CO emissions increase gradually, SO2 emissions decrease gradually, the temperature in the middle and lower parts of furnace hearth increases gradually, the temperature in the middle and upper parts of furnace hearth decreases gradually. © 2020 Chin.
