The errors of high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor (HSPMSM) rotor position detected by linear hall were analyzed, and the corresponding error compensation methods were proposed. For the errors of detecting rotor position caused by the unequal amplitude and the nonorthogonal phase of two hall signals, a position error compensation method based on the coordinate transformation was proposed. The positive-order components in the hall signals are extracted by simple coordinate transformation to calculate rotor position. For the phase deviation of hall signals caused by low-pass filters in signal sampling circuit and the deviation in installation position, a position error compensation method based on the characteristic quantity of current loop was proposed, adjusting the position compensation angle adaptively to compensate error according to the relationship between the characteristic value of the current loop and the position error. Finally, effectiveness of the proposed methods is verified by simulation and experiment. © 2021, Harbin University of Science and Technology Publication. All right reserved.
