摘要:
The intrinsic micropores in porous anodic oxidation (PAO) aluminum often result in poor long-term corrosion resistance and wear resistance. Herein, a novel highly corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant NiZnAl-LDH was synthesized on the surface of anodized aluminum through a simple hydrothermal method. The impact of synthesis parameters, including pH value, reaction temperature, and growth time, on the film, was investigated. The morphology, composition, corrosion resistance, and friction performance of the film were analyzed using various techniques, including scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The results confirmed the successful synthesis of petal-like nanosheets of NiZnAl-LDH with nitrate ion intercalated, with a thickness of approximately 10 mu m. The electrochemical tests revealed that when the solution had a pH of 9, a temperature of 110 degrees C, and a growth time of 24 h, the film exhibited the lowest corrosion current density of 5.813 x 10(-7) A.cm(-2). Compared to aluminum alloy, it displayed significantly improved corrosion resistance. Friction experiments demonstrated that the film had a minimal friction coefficient of around 0.35, which was much lower than that of aluminum alloy (0.6) and anodized aluminum (0.8). The process parameters outlined in this study can be extended to the synthesis of other types of LDH, providing numerical reference ranges for the synthesis of the latter LDH, thus expanding the application of LDH in the fields of corrosion resistance and friction resistance.
