摘要
The precipitation behaviors of the surface and center layer of continuously TRC 3003 aluminum alloy sheets with different heat treatment and different homogenization methods (single-stage homogenization and two-stage homogenization treatment) were investigated. The results show that when homogenization temperature is lower than 500 ℃, precipitation nucleation is the main precipitation; when the homogenization temperature is higher than 500 ℃, the main effect factors are growth and Ostwald ripening, heterogeneous nucleation is dominant in the low temperature stage of two-stage homogenization treatment; because of the coarsening of the second phase in the surface layer and the precipitation of the needle-like phase in the center layer, which is conducive to obtain a homogeneous microstructure, the distribution of quantity and size of the second phases in the surface and center layer are homogeneous at a homogenization temperature of 500 ℃. © 2022 Central South University of Technology.
