摘要
In order to solve the vibration problem caused by the wide-band excitation (0-100 Hz) for the normal operation of precision instruments and equipment, the developed magnetorheological elastomers (MRE) vibration isolation device and high energy dissipation vibration isolation support were adopted to control the vibration of the precision platform.A hybrid control scheme combining a semi-active control device and a passive control device was proposed. A seven degrees of freedom vibration isolation platform model and its motion equation were established through combining with the mechanical model of each vibration reduction device with the analysis of the platform's motion attitude. A fuzzy controller being fit for the platform vibration control scheme was designed, and the dynamic simulation analysis of the established precision instrument vibration isolation platform was carried out by using SIMULINK simulation software. The results show that the amplitude of acceleration and power spectrum in vertical Z, around X axis and around Y axis at the center of mass of the platform is significantly reduced, and the peak acceleration and root mean square control effect can reach 80%, and the control effect is remarkable. © 2020, Editorial Office of China Civil Engineering Journal.
