摘要
The effect of biomass/coal blend ratio on ash fusion characteristics was investigated through ash fusion test. To obtain a high-precision and repeatable deformation temperature, the reading method based on fusion test and kinetics analysis of fusion process was proposed. The results showed that with the increase of biomass blending ratio, initial deformation temperature decreased due to the decrease of alumina and the increase of potassium, and the formation of low melting point orthoclase and diopside. Kinetics analysis indicated that the decrease of initial deformation temperature with increased biomass blending ratio was essentially caused by the decrease of activation energy. Moreover, the average height and area shrinkage, 40.8% and 51.8% respectively, were recommended as the reading reference for the acquirement of deformation temperature. © 2020, Science Press.
