摘要
In aviation, aerospace, metallurgy, electric power, petrochemical, mining and other fields, the high-temperature friction and wear characteristics of parts are important factors affecting the service life of equipment. The design and preparation of wide temperature range wear-resistant self-lubricating coatings on the surface of key parts are important means for strengthening modification and remanufacturing repairing of equipment parts. Firstly, the material selection basis of transition layer, basic phase and reinforcing phase in the design of wear-resistant self-lubricating coating with wide temperature range is described; Secondly, in view of the narrow applicable temperature range of a single solid lubricant, three design methods of wear-resistant self-lubricating coating materials with wide temperature range are sorted out, including in-situ formation of high-temperature lubricant from oxidation reaction of low-temperature lubricant, synergistic effect of low-temperature lubricant and high-temperature lubricant, and adding inhibitors to reduce the loss and degradation of lubricating phase; Then it is summarized that the preparation process of wide temperature range wear-resistant self-lubricating coatings, the technical characteristics of different spraying processes and the instance of coating preparation, and introduced that the typical applications of wide temperature range wear-resistant self-lubricating coating in military equipment and industrial equipment; Finally, it is prospected the development of wear-resistant and self-lubricating coatings with wide temperature range in the future. © 2023 Editorial Office of Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering.
