摘要
Recently, issues related to reforming the lubricating performance of water by adding nanocomposite have received more and more attention. This paper demonstrated a special adsorption and self-reduction route to prepare siver@Ti3C2Tx nanocomposite (Ag@Ti3C2Tx). Various characterization methods confirmed its successful preparation. The tribology experiments of Ag@Ti3C2Tx as a water-based lubrication additive demonstrated that 1.5 wt% addition of such nanocomposite could reduce coefficient of friction and wear rate by 22.2 % and 81.4 %, respectively. Importantly, the Ag@Ti3C2Tx had good compatibility with benzotriazole which was a frequentlyused antirusting agent. Detailed surface analysis revealed that the Ag NPs capable of self reparing abraded surface and the lamellar Ti3C2Tx which can form stable protective film worked in coordination to endow Ag@Ti3C2Tx with excellent lubrication properties in water.
