摘要
Coking wastewater has the characteristics of large quantity, difficult degradation, complex water quality and high treatment cost. With the proposal of new concepts and standards such as two mountains theory, zero emission and GB 16171-2012 emission standard of pollutants for coking chemical industry, it is difficult for traditional advanced treatment technology to make coking wastewater meet the standard. In order to make coking wastewater discharge stably up to standard, the new technology of advanced unit treatment and the new technology of coupling advanced treatment are discussed in this paper, which are based on heterogeneous ozone catalytic oxidation technology, magnetic coagulation technology and poly-ceramic membrane separation technology. The paper analyzes the important characteristics of new ozone catalyst and new ozone reaction equipment, new heavy medium, new membrane material and new membrane structure as heterogeneous ozone catalytic oxidation technology, magnetic coagulation technology and poly-ceramic membrane separation technology respectively. The application status of these three new advanced processing technologies and their coupling technologies are introduced. It is pointed out that the coupling new treatment technology can make the coking wastewater meet the wastewater discharge standard or wastewater reuse standard. The author summarizes the advantages of these technologies, such as green environmental protection, low treatment cost, high degree of mineralization, good treatment effect, short process and stable operation. According to the characteristics of new unit advanced treatment technologies and its coupling technologies, forming a perfect and mature integrated technology package will be the new trend of the development of coking wastewater advanced treatment technology in the future. © 2021 The authors.
